One of the central promises of the 'No' campaign is that if Scots choose to reject independence, they will be rewarded with further devolution. This seems a slightly odd promise to make. 'Vote against independence in order to get a bit more of it' isn't an obviously winning slogan and it's a claim that many Scots are deeply suspicious of. |
