Race to the Sky

   "The building of the skyscrapers has both functional and symbolic meaning. Skyscrapers have a certain level of significance at the local, national but also world level. The analysis of spatiotemporal diffusion of skyscrpers underlines strong links with the economical and idealogical background and more, in a certain sense the convergence of the world population way of life."
